At this stage of our trip this was by far the best welcome we had received from any reception. we were traeated like kings and when the housekeeping staff were called in to ensure we had a suitable room it was just amazing.. What fabulous ladies, true ambassadors for Quality Inn. The breakfast was hot and cold with fruit and cereals as well as waffles plenty of fruit and a very good selection. There are also a number of food outlets close by and the Chinese restaurant is superb. Having to make a major change to our plans we were again treated so well and my wife was looked after while i went to pick up the hire care. I simply can not praise the staff at this hotel highly enough. Annazette and Wynema were so kind and so professional.

Stayed extra night. Great service. Very clean rooms. Very friendly. Didn’t try breakfast. Too busy. These guys deserve a much higher rating than what they have on your site. Might want to check and verify some of those negative rating. The property could use a small facelift but they more than over came that by me with cleanliness and service

Clean room, very quiet, mattress was fantastic had a great night's sleep. All the lights and outlets worked as well as all the appliances including the heater/ac unit. Very pleased overall compared to other hotels in the area. The host, Jay, was very nice, friendly man, great customer service.

Needed to check in early and was gladly accepted by the facility. Yes, I paid extra for this service but it was at a reasonable price. They were very friendly at the facility. The pool was clean and so was the room.

The breakfast was good. We would have liked bagels and butter added to the menu. Everything was clean and fresh. It would have seemed more friendly if the staff had talked with us instead of just standing there.
